Payment and Refund Policies

Payment Terms 

• Payments must be made at checkout either by credit card or on account (available for affiliates only).
• Invoices on account are sent via email and must be paid within 30 days.

Eligibility for Refunds 

• The product must be in its original condition and packaging. 

• The refund request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. 

• The product must not be marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”  

How to Request a Refund 

• Contact us at shipping@lifesaving.bc.ca with your order number and reason for the return. 

• If your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product and the refund process. 

Refund Process 

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges 

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. 

Shipping Fees 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original packaging (if applicable) to avoid any damage during return shipping. 

Damaged or Defective Items 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions for returning the item and offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
