Lifesaving Instructor/Examiner (Short Course)
Description
The Lifesaving Instructor & Examiner (Short Course) prepares Lifesaving Society Swim Instructors to teach and evaluate the Society’s lifesaving programs.
Prerequisites
- An experienced Swim for Life Instructor (current)
Canadian Red Cross Water Safety Instructors who completed the transition to Swim for Life Instructors do not qualify for this course. They must take the 32-hour Lifesaving Instructor course.
Recognition
- Digital certificate
Currency
- 2 years from date of certification
