Award Transfer Request

You can request that your awards be transferred from BC to another province using this form.

It is important to keep your contact information current with your home Lifesaving Society branch. If you move to a different province, and plan on working or taking courses, you must request an award transfer. If this is not done, there may be delays in processing your certification(s).

As the Lifesaving Society does not have a National Database, your Member # may be different in each branch.
