Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for all online orders.  All charges for products and services will be in Canadian funds.  Items will not be shipped until payment has been received.

Shipping

When will I get my order?   Average delivery time is 5 - 7 business days, depending on the service you select.  

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are determined by your purchase and the shipping speed you select. On our checkout we provide a convenient method to determine shipping costs for your items as well as delivery times.

What shipping service do we use?
We offer three Canada Post services to ship all of our items:

  • Priority Courier
  • Expedited
  • Regular Parcel

If you would like an order shipped via your own courier company, please provide the details and upon confirmation, make arrangements  for the item to be picked up.

Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?
Orders can be shipped to only one address. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place an order for each address.

Does Lifesaving Society BC & Yukon Branch Canada ship items outside BC and Canada?
The Lifesaving Society BC & Yukon Branch primarily services British Columbia.  There is a Lifesaving Society Branch in every province and customers are encouraged to place orders within their provincial branch.  We will ship outside of British Columbia and Canada when required.
