NLS Instructor Recert
The NLS Instructor Recert includes a mandatory skill review, program updates and professional development sessions based on current information and aquatic research.
The 2011/2012 LSIT, NLS Instructor and First Aid Instructor Recert cycle has been postponed as ILCOR is due to release the new resuscitation standards in late October 2010. The new standards will affect all Lifesaving programs in all streams and will need to be part of the Instructor Recert cycle. Once the new standards are confirmed and the Lifesaving Society programs are revised, all Instructors will be notified of a timeline for Instructor Updates.
